Coram Chambers is proud to announce that Katherine Duncan has joined our team. Katherine specialises in family law concerning children in care proceedings, deprivation of liberty orders, secure accommodation orders, adoption (domestic and international), and private law. Her impressive expertise has been recognised by Legal 500, ranking her for Family Law: Children in 2024.

The FLBA and Bar Council accredits Katherine to conduct cross-examination of vulnerable witnesses and children. Legal 500 has described her as “tenacious, compassionate and builds rapport with vulnerable clients very quickly.” Additionally, they commended her for delivering advice in simplistic terms and going above and beyond to assist in progressing a case.
