Hala is specialist children law barrister with a broad experience base in both public and private law. She has a breadth of experience representing children and parents as well as local authorities, family members and interveners in respect of a wide range of issues of varying complexity. Hala has represented parents, children and local authorities in complex care proceedings involving NAI, FII, radicalisation and sexual abuse.

Hala has represented parents, children and local authorities in complex care proceedings involving NAI, FII, radicalisation and sexual abuse. 

Hala accepts instructions on a range of private law matters, having particular experience at working effectively with a multi-cultural client base. Her private law experience includes applications for removal of children to non-Hague Convention countries, intractable contact disputes, honour based violence and representing estranged grand parents. 

Hala accepts instructions in the Court of Protection and is Direct Access registered. 

Hala is a robust yet sensitive and approachable advocate always focused on achieving the best outcome for her client.
