Our approach

We approach all cases with professionalism, commitment, and sensitivity. We have a proactive commitment in helping clients to bring and successfully argue Human Rights Act 1998 claims for declarations and for compensation by way of damages. The cases in which members have been instructed include applications both made within existing family law proceedings and as free-standing applications.
